I thought Barr would only come out of retirement to make amends for what he did under Bush. But it may be that Barr got flipped (again). Who knows what kind of pressure was put on him. I tend to think he wants to do the right thing but I think he got sucked in long ago and it is virtually impossible to escape once they have you.
