The chinese bio-weapon virus has a 99.8% recovery rate, which would be improved significantly if the safe, effective and inexpensive treatments that are available would be used. The elderly that have other illnesses are most at risk, no different than the annual flu.

We have always had pets and loved them. That said, our cats,dogs,birds,and fish were pets. Cannot stand the way media tries to put them on an equal footing with children. The phrase “ fur babies” makes me cringe.
They know we love our pets. For a lot of people, a pet is all they have. They run the movie industry, they know what happens when they kill off the dog. They don't want an entire population of people trying to embody John Wick.
I grew really attached to one dog. I was in my twenties and had recently gone through a divorce. That dog gave me purpose. I spent hours every day training both the dog and myself. We had a great bond. Life happened and I had to start traveling for work and I was away for weeks at a time. I had no one I could count on to take care of him and had a family friend adopt him. Hardest decision I have ever made.
Since then, I have a different career and 2 other dogs. They are both great dogs in their own way, but I will never ever be able to bond with a dog the same as before. I look at my current dogs as tools. Home defense tool and exercise tool (I should put a doggie door in). ??
