I saw someone post in a previous thread, and I have never been to the Capitol, so I can't confirm... that there are several layers of magnetically locked doors - doors that remain locked if the previous layer of doors is open. So someone inside had to physically open the doors (over ride the security) to let people in.
Yes, I've heard that as well. It wasn't a success of a mob, it was a failure of the security.
No way, unarmed doofuses should be able to raid the building during one of the biggest events of the year. It was encouraged and allowed to happen by the insiders.
Most of those magnetic door locks must be opened remotely from a control station or using a button nearby to demagnetize the lock temporarily. Maybe someone elsewhere observing on security cameras opened them for the antifags.
