Here's the problem, as I'm in a similar situation, the colleges aren't "forcing" you to take the vaccination. They are saying that you are not allowed on campus unless you are vaccinated. This is really a distinction without a difference but legally it's a loophole. Of course there is an argument to be made that this is depriving the student of the education they signed up for, but that would have to be adjudicated separately.
What is personally frustrating is watching this community lose focus on what the solution really is. All we need to do is FORCE the FDA to acknowledge there are effective treatments for Covid and the vaccine issue "should" go away for good. But we are all fighting the wrong fight, imo.
I agree that the law concerning forced vaccinations of experimental vaccines appears unambiguous to us. However we just witnessed a court in Texas allow a hospital to fire 150 nurses who refused the vaccine. It's on appeal of course, but the case was lost and we can't deny that. So this going head to head against Colleges is likely going to fail, although I support the effort.
So my money is on an effort to force the FDA to acknowledge the dozens of peer reviewed studies they have been sitting on for months. We don't have much time, we have to start talking this up and get the attention of the folks in congress who may be able to get this done.
The state AG even weighed in on this particular college trying to force students to provide proof of Covid vaccine. He literally said “you can’t do that”. It’s the only college in the state that I know of being so forceful about Covid vaccines. I believe our legislature passed a bill banning vaccine passports.
I don’t trust the FDA anymore. They may fast-track these vaccines to be approved and once they are the whole country will start mandating them no matter how you feel. FDA is part of the fed and most of the fed as we’ve been discovering is corrupt and crooked
I've heard of people downloading and printing a copy of the CDC COVID vaccine card (double sided) and filling it out themselves. There's plenty of pictures on the web of people showing off their filled out vaccine cards. The CDC (according to their website) does not have a vaccination database.
I will pass this along to her if she wants to try it, thanQ! I personally wouldn’t bother going back since they seem to love to discriminate and isolate. Thought schooling was supposed to promote the opposite
I mean if I think about it, the level of effort it would take to prove its validity would be extremely difficult. The only proof of record is that vaccination card thats given to you once you've had the shot. So as long as you print it on some type of card stock, or heavier paper (not printer paper) and find legitimate information of the vaccine type and batch number (which is available on the web) then who's to say if its real or fake? The average person wouldn't be able to tell and if you laminate the card it would be damn near impossible.
I told her she would have been better off telling them to go screw themselves and to refund anything she paid for lol. I wouldn’t put up with that crap, and that’s precisely why I won’t go back to college right now.

This is an interesting option but isn't the FBI saying they are going to treat that as a crime with scary penalties (I've heard 5 years in jail)?

Appreciated, thanQ!
