Lavrentij Berija. I read about him a couple of days ago. Even Stalin and other top officials saw him as a creep and sexual predator. A true psychopath and monster when you learn what he did to all the known victims and even the unknown.

R.I.P to all victims that has fallen to the henchmen of communism and other greater evils.
