Alex Acosta, former US Atty and lead prosecutor in the fed case against Epstein in 2010. He was DJT's Sec. of Labor until all the details like the cherry non-prosecution agreement he offered Epstein came to light via unsealed records.

Not surprisingly, Alex Acosta's resignation shortly followed.

Fun synchronicity - that same sort of non-prosecution agreement is what allowed Bill Cosby to be sprung from the pokey today.
