I'm a bomb dog handler, did it in Afghanistan and Iraq. We worked closely with EOD. Why would they purposely detonate? Especially on the city?

They are either incompetent or that wasn't fireworks. Can't have it both ways.

Also, you dont detonate a bomb in your expensive bomb vehicle unless it blows by accident or is remotely detonated by the baddies v
