Doesn't the president choose which desk they use?
Trump choose JFK's desk.
I doubt biden also used it straight after, theres no evidence in my claims it purely theoretical.
The reflection in the window looks like Trump, has the pic been photoshopped and what date was it taken?
I ask these in the sense was it taken when Biden started the presedential charade?
Ive read the theory of the ds making a Hollywood production of the oval office, but is it possible that sometimes or onetime biden had access to the OO for so e form of legitimacy.?

You are right; each President chooses which desk they would like to use. Presidents Kennedy, Carter, Reagan, Clinton GW Bush, Obama, Trump, and whatever is going on now. If anyone's it is Rutherford B. Hayes's desk - Queen Victoria gave it to him. FDR added the screen or door so that one couldn't see his legs. The first lady Jacqueline Kennedy "found" the desk and had it restored.
