I did experience some issues at some point yesterday. When I tried to reply to someone, it said, "Oops an error has occurred, please try again later".

When I noticed that, I started looking around and noticed that it kept doing that on several other tweets I was trying to access. My initial thought was that Twitter was partially down but then I came across that article and that explained exactly what happened to me yesterday.
