Need to have a chat with your dietician. The green ones are good. Especially if you leave the wrapper on for extra fiber. No big fiber, no big shit. And everyone want's to be a big shit.
But you also need to add some orange ones into the mix for your vitamines. And the brown ones for good muscle growth.
Stay away from the pink ones though. That's how you end up with the clap or married to a stripper or married to a stripper that's always giving you the clap.
