goto XDA-developers.com
enter your device and look for unlock bootloader.
Read carefully the instructions.
If you do not understand, research.
Follow the guide and install lineage OS + MicroG. / e project / GrapheneOS.

If you are about to get new phone, get a google pixel to install Graphene. Otherwise, try to obtain a purism phone.

Or consider a flip phone and go back to 2G.
