The narrative falling apart on Covid is why muh varients won't get any traction. The governors and commie school dictators who insist on pushing fear will be exposing themselves as the heartless tyrants they are.
Natural viruses usually weaken as they evolve and become less efficient, it's one way of how we know the "Delta" (or Indian because they have just swapped names) variant isn't natural. Having said that the last time I looked the CFR for Delta was 0.2% - 0.7% per 100,000.
