As an avid student of the scriptures, I've always wondered about these "biblical" phrases that Q borrows.
Do we forget that (in Biblical eschatology) things get WAY worse before we get to the "God wins" part? Like 2/3'rds of the human race die, Armageddon, the 7 bowels of wrath, etc etc??
The Tribulation still has to occur before "God wins." And that's described as the worst time that's ever been on earth.
Just curious what the Bible believing Christian following the Q/Trump movement (me included) think about this. Cause it's not gonna be like "Oh, we won and all is gonna be hunky dory now!" Now, I can't find anywhere in end times prophecy where there may be a "reprieve" of evil of some sort, but that doesn't preclude such a time either. Im just running with a little caution with regards to all this "God wins"/"It's gonna be Biblical" talk. "It's gonna be Biblical" doesn't necessarily mean the Lion will be laying down with the Lamb any time soon. That will happen, but not until the Millennial Kingdom.
Thoughts? Am I way out in left field here with a football bat?
I belive q is actively trying to avoid this scenario, no one ever said revelations was written in stone. No one ever said you couldn't pray for a more positive outcome.
Also, you think you have the entire works of God in that little bible?
The Vatican has a library so vast it would put the library of Alexander to shame.
Be prepared for the worst and nothing will shock you. Well, you will be shocked, but not that hard. If it doesn't get to the worst, that's fine with me. But who nows?
God's Word is written in stone. If He said it will come to be, then it will. He alone declares the end from the beginning
"Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away."
Matthew 24:35
"But the word of the Lord remains forever.”
1 Peter 1:25
"Remember the former things of old; for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose,’ calling a bird of prey from the east, the man of my counsel from a far country. I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass; I have purposed, and I will do it."
Isaiah 46:9-11
...and others.
The Canon is complete. We can debate about that on another forum if you wish.
80% of Biblical prophecy has come true. The remaining 20% pertains to the End Times and Israel's future state.
I couldn't care less about the vast amount of human knowledge that the Vatican has stockpiled.
I agree, but your misinterpreting what i meant. The Bible only has a small fraction of Gods actual message in it. I guarantee you the majority of his works are in that library.
We're not talking hand me down re-written, re-scribed, generations of editorial editions here.
Where talking about the original stuff, straight from a saint, a prophet or Gods hands himself.
What your reading out of that book you call a bible now is a cheap copy at best.
Still it's the best we got. Imagine what they have at their disposal of your bible is 80% accurate.
No, I heard what you were saying. Heard it before, too. “What we have is copy after copy after copy etc.”
The originals don’t exist anymore. And, sorry to bust your bubble, they’re not in the Vatican’s closet either. There are more manuscripts and fragments from the New Testament than any other book from ancient antiquity - by far. From those manuscripts and fragments (and citations from the early church fathers) we can accurately reconstruct what the originals said to a 99.9% accuracy. The more copies we have, the better we can piece back what the originals said. No need for the originals. And this process is NOTHING like playing the telephone game either. If you’d like to know more about how this process works, then we can discuss further.
“ The Bible only has a small fraction of Gods actual message in it.”
This statement claims special knowledge, which you do not have. The only way for you to validly make this claim is if you knew what Gods message was in its entirety in order to know that what we have in our possession is “only a fragment.”
With the way bibliographic evidence from the first century works, and with the knowledge of how early first century textual transmission works, you would know that the Bible that we hold in our hands today is 99.9% accurate to what the original authors wrote. Gods Word has been preserved in a way that no other book has been preserved.
Put it this way. We have FAR less manuscripts/copies/fragments from Aristotle and Plato’s writings than we do if the NT, yet we’re still able to piece together accurate, modern renditions of their originals - and NO ONE questions their accuracy. With the mountains more manuscripts/copies/fragments that we have for the NT, then all the more, we should trust in the accuracy of our modern day renditions.
A Fortiori
Now I’m not saying that the accuracy of our modern copies makes what’s talked about in the Bible true - that’s a different discussion all together - just that we can trust, what we have in our hands today, is ACTUALLY what the original authors wrote down.
I think you're right. It's gonna be biblical is what it says. We are at war, and this is God's war. Devastating, finite. Eradicating evil isn't done with nerf guns. Tough times ahead. Even the ones that think they are prepared for the coming times: they are not.

Do Anons understand what is about to be unleashed?
Are we in "the end times" though? I think that's the big question. Is this end times or a biblical pivotal moment in history? A Exodus if you will. I'm not claiming to be a biblical expert by any means but I do believe there are some indicators that show that we are not in the end times. for example, the peace deal trump signed in the middle east is not the peace deal that the bible talks about in the end times. When reading the bible, there must be 3 more wars in Israel's future.
ISA17:1 - (Damascus nuked?)
ISA17:2-14 & EZL28:24 - (Israel attacked by neighbors?)
EZK38,39 - Israel attacked by Russia (far north), Ukraine, Turkey, Iran, Libya, Somalia, and Yemen?
We know God will intervene to supernaturally save Israel. We know Israel has 7 years of supplies.] in EZK39:9, so this is before the start of the 7 year trib. Israel must first be put in a desperate situation for them to sign the horrible peace covenant which the future antichrist will confirm with them. If I'm missing anything I'm open for more information.
I have wondered the same thing, and asked similar questions before with little response (perhaps on Voat).
I used to listen to Mark Taylor more, but haven't in a while. Tim and Dutch Sheets have indicated prophetically revival is coming, but not sure how it all fits together.
Actually, clinging to Revelation is what causes me to occasionally wonder if we are being double crossed.
So I am determined to keep fighting and be prepared for anything. We know God's word is true and trustworthy.
Agree a 100%. That's the conclusion I came to a few weeks ago. We're at war, and it's a spiritual war. Nothing more, nothing less. Oh, and the good thing: we're winning. We're with God and he is with us.
It's going to be biblical, be prepared. Put on the full armor of God and fight.
That's a good word! Brace yourselves, with the armor of God.
13-18 Be prepared. You’re up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it’s all over but the shouting you’ll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith, and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You’ll need them throughout your life. God’s Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long. Pray for your brothers and sisters. Keep your eyes open. Keep each other’s spirits up so that no one falls behind or drops out.
