Someone liked those letters for some reason back in 2007 and then abandoned the idea. The Wayback Machine scanned it three times in 2007, and there was a directory dated 2006. After awhile, it was just parked with GoDaddy. A lot of websites had previous owners who either abandoned the name or got bought out. It's nothing new.
