There's two cities I wouldn't live in. Phoenix and Flagstaff AZ. Phoenix is self explanatory hot as fuck like 119 up to 122 in summer. Crime is really bad, dont let folks tell you it all depends on where you live. Its true that Glendale will have a higher crime rate than Scottsdale but It all overlaps each other. Flagstaff is the California of AZ a liberal hell with sky high home prices and renting isn't an option, unless you enjoy fucking yourself. I'm talking 2500$ for a nice 2 bedroom apartment.
