Friend, it was the Roman's who persecuted God's church. It was the Roman's who killed all the apostles.

After Jesus, Christianity spread like wildfire and the romans (led by Satan) did everything they could to stop it. They were killing Christians by the thousands but the effect was the opposite. The more they killed, the faster it grew. They were losing most of their Roman soldiers to the faith. Eventually, they realized that they couldn't stop it, so the devil changed his tactics. Instead of attacking head on, he now infiltrated the church. Constantine then merged the catholic church and the Roman Pagan culture together. This is how the Roman catholic church was born. This is where your traditions come from, the Roman culture. Literally none of it is in the Bible.
