A good friend came to see me a few days ago, she had both needles the 2nd being about 10 days before the visit. I asked how she was feeling, obviously, and she went on to tell me about strange palpitations she was know having.

She described it like this, about every fourth heartbeat is a real bang in her chest. When she's not distracted ie in bed, it's worse, her heart races and she has to take really deep breathes to try and steady it. She passed it off saying it is probably anxiety or something.

Yesterday I meet another friend, also a female. She had talked to me about getting a shot but went ahead because she had a holiday booked. Again, I asked her how she was feeling and she sighed and said "well I was in the ER the other night" and went onto explain how her heart is now beating very fast and has palpitations often, so scared was she when these started she went to the hospital. It's never gone away, and the hospital blamed it on guess what, anxiety!

I know what I blame.
