I can see the dialog in the movie that's made about all this after it's over.

"Of course he's running over the time, he always does. We didn't plan for that? ... well, cut them loose to "storm" the capital, the people will believe whatever we tell them ..."

Also, weren't there a bunch of laptops scooped up by "someone" during that whole ruckus tour of the Capital?

Yeah what is up with those laptops? The feds even tried to track one down all the way to Alaska and failed to recover it.
