I don't know, seems an expensive decoy. Miller stated their server build out is about what Twitter was in 2014. He said 300,000 sign ups the first day.

The official launch is 10am on 7/4. Apparently what they are doing now is beta testing and he acknowledged the volume is causing some issues.
