It appears the bar is changed when you're logged in to your account. When I logged off, I could see the like/dislike bar. They are definitely testing it on only some accounts. I just wish they wouldn't on mine.

The link is from back in March when they were first implementing it, but it appears this is the only way to give them feedback.

I don't think they care about feedback. Just stop using youtube as much as possible.

As a content creator I can't do that. Right now I'm trying my best to squeeze any kind of money out of that hellsite that I can.
