Serious question: What should a health provider do when encountering a patient (let’s presume a young adult male) complaining of some cognitive impairment within weeks of getting the jab?

Any sauces would be appreciated. I read something on this forum a few days ago about Zantac. Would like to hear your thoughts.

Having seen several doctors in last couple months they didn’t mention getting the vax anymore but in March the doc said to get it. So I assume the later ones are now shutting up about it.
