Sure is interesting how in a matter of a few decades, the average American went from well, average, to extremely fat and bloated. And no, it is not increased laziness and lack of exercise that accounts for the majority of this difference. Diet is without a doubt the 99.9% most crucial factor in your weight.
Guess what people stopped eating and what they started eating in its place, per the recommendations of “health” advisors?
Why do we even eat cereal grains and bread for breakfast? Zero nutritional value, just straight calories that go to fat. Humans are not evolved to be eating the amount of grains that we eat today; early humans ate meat and foraged nuts and berries. The pinnacle of health is to emulate the lifestyle and diets of early humans.
