Yep, went to the Publix on Beneva and fruitville tonight, every one was buying provisions, I'm close enough I'll be able to hear it, so I decided to stay home and go up to the second floor balcony, that way I have a toilet and air-conditioning, that Robarts building hasn't been upgraded since the sixties, it's going to be hot and sticky!
I'm actually close to the ballfield over in that area, I hear fireworks from the games all the time, winter training for Orioles, and little league across the way, it's a noisy section of town, but at least my dog has become desensitized to fireworks, thought I'd have to get one of those thundershirts for awhile.?
Outside on the grounds, events like that usually use the building for vendors and bathrooms, more than likely a stage will be setup out behind it on the fairgrounds.
So it is inside Jason Robarts arena then, and not open air fairgrounds? If inside, I wonder how long before fills up.
This is information from website. Indicates some remodeling was done. Does not say when though:
The maximum capacity for the building is 5,000 depending on the floor configuration. The newly renovated chair seating holds 2,696 with hand rails and photo-glo strips on the stairs for extra safety. It features a box office, remodeled bathrooms, renovated concessions, two renovated locker rooms, and the site provides ample parking.
I don't think so, my mom went in 2016 and said there was 160,000 people, that building can't take that sort of traffic, I'm pretty sure I saw a post from someone saying the crowd was expected to be way larger than in 2016.

Nice! I'm Beneva and Proctor area. Super close but not close enough to hear it from my house. Lol!

Close to that area too. Is Trump event going to be in Robarts Arena inside, or outside on grounds?

Sounds like you’ll have the best seat in the house
