I know that we have had cases in the UK where builders have dipped into the red at certain times of the year and the banks have understood. Then, suddenly, they decide to call in the loans one time and a builder's business ends up being taken from him.
I just mentioned the Andersen's affair because it highlights how innocent people, even massive companies, can still suffer at the hands of evil (Democrat) attorneys.
