The biggest lie people believe is Medicine and really anything having to do with the human body was ever narrowed down into a Science. It is and remains an ever evolving Art.
We’ve only comparatively scratched the surface in understanding the mind. We don’t know for instance with any certainty why dreams occur. There’s no seeming biological imperative or need for it.
It was big news a few years ago that were able to definitively prove the existence of Lucid dreams. And humanities ability to learn and preform the skill.
There’s much we don’t understand about ourselves. I feel once mankind understands ourselves. We’ll understand the secrets of the world itself.
Medicine is an art and a technology depending on repetition for validation. Science depends on falsification as the demarcation boundary of science from nonsense. If it ain’t falsifiable then it ain’t science.
