I’m sure many would do so in complete denial and out of spite to pathetically try and save face instead of sitting the fuck down and be humble for once.

Like knowingly drinking cyanide and calling it water and how refreshing it was to drink, just to spite others they were told to hate but were proven right that it in fact IS cyanide.
