Its like tradition.........I always said I did not like yogert when offered, because of the reaction my mom had, saying its milk that has gone off.
Well one day as a teenager I decided to try it and my mom was wrong....WHAT! I had never considered ever that she could be wrong haha..... it was delicious.
That was when I realised I had to try/research for myself before making up my mind on anything. Haha just a' wake up' moment for me I recall vividly!

Funny thing is, EVERY teenager realizes their parents are wrong about something. That's when they start to rebel and think they are smarter than their parents.
But most rarely ever consider the possibility that their teachers, media talking heads, or corrupt government employees could also be wrong about things.
Amazing that this happens at all, yet it happens to most.
I think I never considered my mom could be wrong because I never recall her ever saying she was wrong about anything. My children are more likely to check for themselves as I have no problem admitting I am wrong if I find out I am, and also saying to them as they grew up, I don't know, but I will try and find out. I think that example helped them to be more of leaders than followers.
Yes this was my take away. Explains why they vote Democrat....... UN-INFORMED
