Yeah I can't see how lying to everyone is going to build trust.

I can see Joe Biden having a body double. I could see all government officials having body doubles. For security reasons. Biden could be dead and the DS could be using a body double to cover for that fact, but that wouldn't really change anything since real Joe Biden is a puppet anyways.

If Joe Biden has a body double, I don't see it as the doing of the white hats.

I'm not saying there isn't a body double, but it sure isn't there because of the white hats. We'd be shooting ourselves in the foot (trust-wise).
