I feel like it's more than 4-6%. Probably closer to 13-15%.

Concur.

When I go to a densely populated area I have the same feeling.

For now I will hope Q's estimate is correct and our feelings are not. 4 - 6% while a lot... if dispersed and concentrated in the larger cites... conceptually seems like it is containable...

13 - 15% does not seem containable no matter where it may be concentrated.

Some of Q's admonitions to be ready for what is coming are worryingly dire:
