Isn't that literally against the law? I'm sure some pro bono lawyer would take you up on this. It'll look nice on their record, cuz this should be an open and shut case if this receipt is real. You should also look and see if there even was a "white privilege fee" anywhere in their menu. Otherwise, that's outright theft, dude.
