Frens, Dunno if someone had a look on this already, but seems like just while covid was expanding, some people was already working on the 'simulation' of a next-gen pandemic (published the 5th May 2020) and specially, it focuses on topics like:
- How to shape the narrative
- Framework generation (Looks exactly like a project management timeline... look page 78)
- Identification and response based on type of anti vax (3 categories)
- Social media implication, coverage, support, information development, etc
- Emergency communication systems
- And a lot more

Now, doesn't this look and sound like, an improved response plan, specially on the digital part? I've been sceptic on the covid, as if they wanted really to kill billions, they could have done it easily. But, why not first a round of 'general assessment', so that we set the foundations, take away right, get people used to obey, finalize the onboarding of still reluctant entities / people with blackmailing, same for data systems (socials / digital ) and so on, and let the world live like this for a while with some collateral that you can always blame on unvaxed people (maybe we won't see all the deaths we think in the next 6m - 2y, but less), and in the meanwhile, you keep injecting vectors and payloads into people until the whole 'firmware' to call it in this way, is uploaded into the body, once things calmed a little, then BOOM! New virus out!!! Worse than covid, in those years vaxes have been optimized, run to get one if you didn't yet!!! (probably by then those would be mandatory in many places)
And then during those next years, you start to switch off / transmute in zombies in really high quantities the people that survived and had already / or toke recently the vax
What do you think? seeing a 3 year long simulation with all those details, makes it really look like the big deal....
For who's on the run, here you have the first part of the 'introduction' taken from the pdf
The SPARS Scenario: An Introduction Scenario Environment The setting of SPARS is the world in 2025–2028. For this time period, the project team imagined a world that is simultaneously more connected and yet more divided. There is nearly universal access to wireless internet for even the poorest persons in the United States. Additionally, technological innovations and competition between technology companies have made an even wider range of information technology readily available to all. Despite the possibilities for these advancements to facilitate broad communication between individuals and communities, the project team also envisioned a future where many have chosen to self-restrict the sources they seek for information
He GOTTA go. I saw a clip yesterday Londoners protesting outside Gates Foundation bldg. The protesters were PISSED.
Hopefully, but looking the ones going around, maybe the real B&M have been really killed in India some time ago and those are doubles / actors / other
Specially melindO
Not really sure, but could still be a hybrid, as if you read tru, that's even worse of what we are seeing now, and specially it's proactive, while atm we are still going on with the 'reactive' way since the least year
