Notice they have to wait until the FDA says its safe to make it mandatory. They can't force soldiers to take an experimental anything, but if the FDA approves it then they can try to force everyone. Thing is how can they approve it when the data says its dangerous as hell to take it??? Simple they lie lie lie...
