Nonfat dairy? Avoid that abomination! Same for margarine, corn oil, or any other industrial, deodorized oil.

I completely agree. The chart was only to help with the post I put up just before this. I messed up trying to add a photo to that test post.
Agree. Eating that much just keeps us in a high insulin state where we never burn fat. Intermittent fasting works wonders. Dr. Jason Fung has proven that you can reverse type 2 diabetes with intermittent fasting and a low carb diet.
