Right now it just takes you to an article about how extreme thoughts are bad.

But I think what they are doing is pretty subtle.

But they are definitely planting the seed by asking you to think about who you know that are extreme.

The person that clicks on that button to 'get support' for dealing with an extreme friend? Well that person is getting onto lists of those willing report their friends, aren't they?
