It seems that some parent didn't discipline their child... so now he/she/it grew into a 20+ year-old child who is undisciplined.

Unfortunately, it's too late to teach those lessons.

The 20+ year-old child has 2 paths in life.

Become a 30+ year old child, then 40+, then 50+ and never become an adult.
Go too far and get arrested and imprisoned... learn discipline the hard way and become an adult in prison.

Either way, Jesus is willing to forgive you.
