Let's be more clear.

Is it ILLEGAL GUN VIOLENCE that is a "disaster emergency"? In that case, Cuomo should immediately outlaw owning illegal guns. :>) (of course, that would be redundant).

If it is LEGAL GUN VIOLENCE that is the "disaster emergency"... then let's see the statistics where there is a sharp increase in legally owned gun related murders. Oh... there isn't any?

And to clarify even more, it's black on black and black on other races illegal gun violence. Heaven forbid that detail is mentioned though.
