Weird thing is, the country had made significant racial progress until people like him and Obama decided to stir the racial pot and turn up the heat. It was doing great racially until the media twisted every shooting of every black person by a white police officer into something it wasn't. Are there racial problems? You bet there are. They are caused by people like Biden who suppress African Americans with pathetic schools. Caused by destroying African American families by paying them to remove the fathers from the home. Caused by rotten politicians in cities that beat the racial war drum, while doing NOTHING to actually help the poor people in their cities, poor people of ALL races. He's lying through his teeth about race relations. He wants nothing more than to stoke the flames of racial division between blacks, whites, Asians and Hispanics. So while he sits there and talks about how America is doomed if they don't fix shit, he's actually pushing garbage he knows will divide us further.
