Perhaps he had already sworn allegiance to another flag. Maybe swearing allegiance to our flag would have been breaking an oath he didn't want to break.

He may have been born in Kenya, but I doubt he has sworn allegiance to Kenya. I was thinking some other flag, maybe more globalist/Luciferian in nature (whatever flag that might be).
