I believe he got this from Ireland. Coney Barrett got hers from Haiti.

Actually, I believe he adopted two Irish children, but not through normal channels. Articles state that he did some manipulation and got them through Haiti. There is information elsewhere on GAW, or at least linked.

That's right. He went through a "Latin American" country to circumvent Irish adoption law. Haiti is apart of in Latin America.
