I don't have a feel for the source, Western Journal, but to me it sounds like they wanted a race war awhile ago, and this is just to make sure all the whiteys are aware that black people are extremely dangerous, and it's not limited to the anarchist BLM crowd. Insert meme of glowie poking Pepe with a stick, saying "c'mon, start a race war. Your turn, c'mon." Our job is to say no.
