I'm a citizen. I have a right to vote. Even stupid people have that right. You really believe a bureaucratic rule should prevent me from voting once? You REALLY believe that? Not twice... not in five places etc... Some arbitrary time limit that I missed by 10 or 15 days invalidates my right to have a voice in who represents me?

If you do then you need to seek professional help.
