I didn't say no ID. Did you even read the article? It was talking about 50k people that moved from one county to another within the state. But they didn't submit the right paperwork within 30 days.
Some people are busy with things like ACTUALLY MOVING. They just lost their job. They just got evicted. They had to work double shifts at two part time jobs to get enough money to actually move. They move... then its like shit there is an election, I totally forgot all about it. They have the form from their old address so they just apply for a ballot. BUT ITS PAST 30 days... so they only fill out that one ballot from their old address they just left 50 days ago and your saying that because they broke that arbitrary 30 day rule they have their right to vote just taken away. Its "illegal" or "illegitimate". They get no say? That's insane.
Dude. Your entire fucking argument is based on pure laziness. Nothing else. It's just plain dumb. I mean, really fucking dumb. And I have no fucking clue why you're so passionate about it.
It does not take that much time and effort to get your ass to the DDS and update your address. It's not some conspiracy to deny people a vote. It's a basic requirement of the law and society.
And yes!! If you moved 50 fuckin' days ago, you had 49 days to figure out where the god damn DDS is, haul your ass there, stand the fuck in line, and update your fucking address!!! IT NOT THAT FUCKING HARD!!!!
The alternative to everything you're saying is just let any old body vote any where they god damn feel like it. Is that what you want?
And 30, 60, 1 day? how about 5 minutes before the roll? JUST SHOW THE FUCK UP AND VOTE WHEN EVER YOU FUCKIN' FEEL LIKE!!!
Drop it. You're beating a dead horse. And nobody gives a fuck over here.
You clearly give a fuck. Its interesting because I asked someone IRL if I was totally off base and they agreed with me. We are far to willing to give up something so important based on petty bureaucratic rules.
And no its not just about laziness. There are plenty of people out there that have lived in the same place for 20 or 30 years, their entire adult life. Someone like that might not know there is a time limit or what the proper procedure actually even is. Yet what you are implying is that if they figure it out too late(post 30 days) then tough shit they lose there right to vote(at least for that round of voting).
If you applied that same type of pattern to something like gun rights people would lose their fucking minds. I would argue that the right to vote is even more important than the 1st or the 2nd. Its so important it doesn't even have an amendment. The entire constitution is structured around it... yet we toss it away like its nothing... because muh rules...
No. The rule is one citizen one vote and nothing should get in the way of that. There are other ways to deal with fraud.

Fuck off man, you're a god damn moron.
So the government is more important than freedom and fair representation. Got it.
