You do NOT need the courts. Using them only legitimizes their over reach.
Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution does not give the Feds this power. Therefore, all a State needs to do is say NO.
The Feds derive their power from the States. They are INFERIOR to the States. When the Feds decide to do something that is NOT in their power you simply need to say NO and tell them you will prosecute any who follow this criminal over-reach.
So many people STILL do not know how our government works... what will it take for people to understand that States have all the power... and that Counties have a lot of power within the States.
Look at the AZ audit. It is not the AZ audit - it is a forensic audit of ballots in Maricopa County... just one populous County in AZ. Yet many mistakenly believe it is the entire State of AZ conducting the forensic audit.
The education system in the US has totally sucked for decades... and the complete ignorance of so many people proves that fact.
What about individual citizens in California? Our leaders here welcome the cabal. How do individuals in this state stop what our leaders refuse to stop especially if we face violence from acts of war by the fema a-holes being sent to every city to knock on doors....nothing suggests they won't escalate the unconstitutional acts by forcing and killing us like Mike Adams says. After all, the coup and cabal don't care that we have a Constitution.
Exactly. Sad (pathetic) that an ATTORNEY GENERAL with years of government experience didn't have the knowledge of, or presence of mind to research how, our government works before making a public statement on the issue.
The public's - AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS' - lack of that knowledge, and lack of attention to how the government is being run, are partially to blame for how our country has gotten itself into the mess it's currently in.

No, no, no, no.
