Put up a NO TRESPASSING SIGN. The one I have reads as follows and is in a red font: ATTENTION - DO NOT KNOCK ON THIS DOOR TO TALK ABOUT THE "VACCINE". You are trespassing on my property, and if you do not leave after reading this notice, criminal trespassing charges will be filed.
Asking about the vaccination status of anyone on the property will be met with civil litigation against both the agency you represent and you as an individual. NOW GET OFF OF MY PROPERTY!

Just leave it at "No Trespassing". Nobody is going to read a block of text, and if you explicitly mention the vaccine that could get you flagged as a troublemaker.
