They've also reopened the "Atlantic Bubble" ie, all the Atlantic provinces can be travelled to and forth again. No "proof" required, but you WILL have to take a rapid test ( which are bull shit and never produce a positive, which is why they scrapped the rapid testing last year ) if you don't have your vax proof.

We all know it's fake, so how are you going to test positive? No mandated vax in Canada, sorry doom and gloomers, it's in our Charter.
