As far I understand combat is that is so dynamic that officers and soldiers can and must improvise on the field of battle. This is learned in their training and by experience. Battle changes so fast that there must be room for an "on the fly change in stratagy". Normally this is encouraged. I wonder what happens if an army like that of china even allows that. Or is it strictly from the top down and no room for improvise? Because of the nature of an ideological totalitarian driven army and political branch. I wonder if it come to battle if China has a change at all because of this difference. And if the USA goes this route of totalitarianism within the army would we still consider see the usa as the nr1 force in the world. There is so much subversion within al branches of goverment in the USA that it seems China and the bought off politicians in the US are allied but make no mistake. Once these corrupt win and have all power the USA and China will not be friends anymore. Stalin never liked moa and vice versa but they had a commen enemy and the corrupt establishment in the USA and China have the same enemy too but once that enemy is no more I think war is upon us. Anyway I pray this will not happen and Maga will prevail in the end!
