I think you did misunderstand.
I said it must be nice to afford a teacher for the children outside of the public school system.
We would do the same if we could afford to but as it stands, we cannot. We pay our property taxes and it pays for school so until a voucher program happens to the unconstitutional property tax is abolished, we are stuck where we are at. If our resources (time, money and energy) could be spent another way to change our current situation, we would. I was busy asking another patriot how the logistics of their home ran to get an idea of a different way and then here you came with your ambiguous comments about excuses and socialism.
Then you tried to force your words into my mouth. I never said I wished we had money. I said it MUST BE NICE to afford a teacher outside of the public school system. A lot of parents cannot make that move no matter how may chess pieces they rearrange. That notion is just absurd to you and to that I said: must be nice.
You do not know if you can rearrange the chess pieces and achieve an education outside the public school system. You only know you cannot afford it. You are right now talking to patriots online. I suggest you look for ones closer to home to speak to. By pooling your resources, however meager, you may be able to come up with a solution. Resources are not just money, they are time and talent. There are other patriots with these things. A phrase like "must be nice" is a phrase of envy and self-pity. We say it when our neighbor gets a new car and we are stuck with our old one. We say it when someone gets a nice dress and we have our old jeans. If we celebrate the blessings of others we don't say "must be nice good for you" we say "that's nice! Good for you!" And then we open ourselves to pathways where we say, "I'm going to achieve things that I want to, as well."
bwahahahahahaha wow, I didn't realize you had a good look at our life and situation! How do you know what we've done and what we've tried? You don't. You're full of hot air.
Wild, unhinged Joker laughter aside, I know several things about your situation because you have announced them on this forum. You seem quite keen to cast yourself as a victim without recourse to any possibility of redress. I contest your self-characterization (which is presumptuous of me, admittedly) and I spurn your self-pity (which is, frankly, un-healthy for you).
Lib think is the hopeless idea that without government assistance nothing can be changed. You don't need vouchers or cash (though I definitely support vouchers as soon as possible). You have time to communicate with other patriots on the internet (self-evident proof of this being our protracted communication). Homeschooling and/or teaching outside of the liberal-dominated Marxist indoctrination system IS possible. If you desire to do it.
If prefer to keep your children in the camps (perhaps as a light unto other students) that is fine. But much of the best homeschooling is not done by a single parent but in concert with others. As you are an internet savvy anon, I suggest working collectively with other anons to provide a small group with a robust education that focuses on the proper propaganda rather than on the leftist stuff.
I haven't posted anything about my situation that would give you enough information to decide whether or not we've tried to change our situation.
And yeah, homeschooling is possible but that isn't what we're talking about.
I said MUST BE NICE TO BE ABLE TO HIRE A TEACHER.
That's a separate issue from homeschooling children oneself.
Again...MUST BE NICE!
