This would make more sense imo. Especially since it looks like one of Trump's main arguments in the lawsuit is that members of Congress used Twitter to circumvent 1A. This has been held as an illegal act by SCOTUS many times in the past, according to the text of the suit, and it would remove any protections that Twitter may have been able to claim as a private entity.
