I think is was lack of upkeep on the building. As we all know HOA’s are full of commies. The condo collapse is the result of the internal rot and destruction of the commie mindset. Full of beautiful roses on the outside, crumbling foundation on the inside. It also shines a light on government corruption. It appears code enforcement knew and took the money to look the other way. That’s is my theory, but who knows?
