We should NOT be relying on 'No FDA Approval' because they could fully approve it whenever they want to.

Instead: 'The clinical trials are not finished and the complete results have not been released.'

If it adds to a long list, it’s fine to keep. If that’s the only reason you have not to get it, you’re doing it wrong. If it does get FDA approved, just strike it from the list or change it to “Sketchy FDA approval process” if it gets approved way faster than normal.
